How much time do we spend dwelling on the past? Most of us would

readily agree that we cannot change it. Those that disagree probably

spend too much time watching sci-fi movies!

It is a clear and absolute fact that we can only ever start from where

we are now. Whatever is in the past, is in the past - unchangeable! But

the future is a completely different matter. The future is full of

possibilities, options, choices - an open canvas that we can paint in

an infinite number of ways.

The trouble is that most of us, to some extent or another,

subconsciously let our past dictate our future. It does not have to be

that way. Don't waste time and energy looking back and wishing you

could make a brand new start; rather see today as the brand new start,

and use your time and energy to make a brand new ending!
